Chinese window lattice is one of the most unique decorative symbols that are acknowledged and associated with traditional Chinese aesthetics. We reversed the solid/void contract in the sample lattice patterns and created new repeats with color blocks and lines developed from original lattice geometry. The result gives a contemporary new look to the original lattice patterns and inspires new explorations to this design element.
